THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I needed to exchange an item I ordered online (which we all dread), but Knix made the process sooo easy!!! A few clicks and my new product was on its way! Best of all, they told me to give my original product to a friend in need!!! What a way to gain loyal customers. I will absolutely order again.
