If I could give 0 stars, I would. Arrogant, unprofessional, inflexible attitude. We will have to take a legal action against them. They refused to provide receipt for cash payment, which is illegal and threatened cancel the whole service (when we already paid Deposit which we would have lost) which is blackmail. They have 0 flexibility even if you need to change the transfer by one hour and force you pay eur 100 extra. Our flight was delayed and they made us wait 1 hour for the transfer basically blaming us for our flight being late and demanding we're in wrong. They had the flight number any I told them ahead of time we'll be late. They didn't care and even were super rude. I've never encountered such horrible attitude. They were shouting at us even. Really appalling attitude. Please use anyone else.
