Flowers are pretty and so is the arrangement.😊 However, not fresh upon delivery. 😔 In terms of customer service, overall experience was good. Response is very prompt. I just had a concern regarding the delivery as i was supposed to pick it up from the store. No feedback from the person contacted via Viber that store at Ayala Manila Bay was closed when in fact i wrote in the order form that it was for pick up. I only knew about it during the day of delivery. Good thing, they were able to book a rider and delivered it on time.
