“Four stars rating. Ordering process was easy. The only issue was the Rider did not know where to go so I don't know if the address was not communicated to him properly. The flowers were also much more impressive than I anticipated. I loved that there were other things to add to the arrangement like balloons, toppers etc. I will order again. Thank you!!!”

“I give four stars instead of five because of the delivery experience. I got a call at 4 o’clock in the morning asking for the cell phone number of the recipient, even though I have listed this information at the time of the order. I also got a separate link for tracking the order on Lalamove after I asked by text. The original link simply confirm that the order has been received and it’s being processed, but did not provide any delivery updates. I think these steps could have been better streamlined”
