“We are first time customers and ordered 4 standing funeral wreaths. There were some glitches due to unavailability of some flowers and alternative options were not given immediately but was resolved after a few telephone discussions. Wreaths came out beautifully using alternative flowers and wrappers. We will not hesitate to order again.”

“I’m so happy I found this place! I placed an order last night and was worried it might arrive late, but they followed my request to deliver the flowers early. 🥹 I really appreciate the attention to detail! From the order form all the way to the bouquet itself, which came with a protective bag and a beautifully printed letter. Truly worth the price. You’ve gained a returning customer. Thank you!”

“Very professional. I was able to order a day before my wife’s birthday and they were able to deliver. Minor changes in the color of the flowers was properly coordinated. Tracking of the delivery vehicle was also given.”

“I have been a returning customer to this shop, and the service has been amazing every time. I am a foreigner and i am not always in the Philippines, eventho i am in my own country the ordering experience is very very good, from the ordering process to the delivery of the flowers, they even send pictures of the flowers before they ship it. Absolutely the best flower shop in the Philippines!”

“This was my first order from this shop. I only ordered a very simple bouquet, but when I received it, I could tell it was arranged with passion! It looked absolutely lovely and smelled wonderful too. The delivery was timely, with updates from the shop. Their bouquet prices are more affordable compared to other flower shops, yet the quality has exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience buying from this shop. “Knots.ph has become my go-to for sending gifts to loved ones in the Philippines. Tasteful arrangements, high-quality gift items, 5-star service. They have never let me down. Their staff will proactively contact you to ensure you are happy with the final order that gets sent out. The attention to detail is impeccable - color of photo frame, balloon/topper placement, proposed flower substitution, etc. My inner control freak is impressed, and more importantly, so are my gift recipients. I've tried two other online flower shops (both claim to be #1), but have been left sorely disappointed on multiple occasions e.g., generic-looking arrangements, order gets cancelled because items out of stock (without phoning me), refund takes months (I had to threaten to file a DTI report), etc.”

“Everything was just perfect! From the ordering process, to the assistance, to the packaging, and finally the delivery. It felt like I underpaid for how beautifully they put the flowers and gift together. I ordered a gift box and one of the items was not available, but they let me know right away. When I requested to change the gift box, they were very generous in making the change and even added a little something extra for the inconvenience (though it didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all!). I really like their flower arrangements and the way they pack everything with care. Will definitely order again. Thank you! 🌷”
