I ordered the Blue Ecuadorian Rose birthday bouquet with add ons (cake, balloon, card and chocolate) on their website. I did this all the way from the Pacific (Papua New Guinea) a day before the delivery date. The service was excellent, all the gifts looked exactly as displayed on their website. My brother received the gifts at his hotel for his birthday. I highly recommend Knots.ph for anyone living outside of Makati/the Phillipines.

This is my first time ordering here, and I must say I was impressed! The only thing I would like to request is to send the tracker as soon as possible so I can monitor if the Lalamove driver hands the package directly to the receiver. I also made a note to ensure that the item is given to the intended recipient and not just left with the security guard. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!

Disappointing service & delivery issues I placed an order on Mar 5, expecting delivery between 9 AM – 2PM the next day, as was initially confirmed. However, despite constant tracking, my order remained “being processed” even until the morning of March 7. Communication was also difficult. I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but getting a straight answer on the status and delivery location was nearly impossible. I paid a premium fee to ensure timely delivery, yet the delay caused unnecessary inconvenience during a critical time. If you promise scheduled deliveries, you must ensure that they are met. Extremely disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Sorry, was not impressed with my order. Nothing "shimmery" about the rose, and frankly, most of them look wilted. It's my 2nd time to order from you, and both times, the flowers i got were brown on some parts and look wilted. I usually order from another site and i havent experienced it from them. I re-ordered to see if my first order was just a fluke, but i guess, i just dont choose the right 'sturdy' flowers from your selction.

Delivery and packaging was good. The flowers are beautiful preserved. But on the size, for the price of the preserved compared to lower prices, I thought it would be more wider or grander. Maybe if the flowers are expensive, insert more fillers, or make it with longer stems and longer and wider paper wrapper with double ribbon. The bouquet was also very tightly together. If the concern is it would not fit the paper bag, I would rather get rid of the paper bag and have a more grander bouquet.Would I order again? Yes, good app, good delivery, good product, with personalized card, just minor tweaks that I hope they can immediately improve on.

Your lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Our order was delayed by half an hour, disrupting our celebration. If you cannot manage timely deliveries, please reconsider the number of orders you accept. Additionally, your customer care line was repeatedly ringing and then disconnecting, making it impossible to seek assistance. This level of service is highly disappointing.

scheduled 6-10pm delivery pero past 10 na actually 11pm na as of nthis writing, wala pa rin yung flowers lmao. Tried to contact them, wala din matinong response. They don’t even send updates or notifs sa orders. Sayang oras at pera dito to be honest. Nakakadisappoint. They wasted our time :)

I ordered flowers for valentines day but didnt arrived, kindly refund, your not even answering inquiries, no notice if the item was dispatch not even contacting if the item will be delayed, to think that we already paid in advance just to have this kind of service
