“i love the arrangement of the flower bouquet, it matches exactly the picture posted above on your website. However, the delivery timing did not follow the instructions I provided. For future orders, please ensure that the client instruction are followed carefully, especially regarding delivery schedules. Some orders are company-related rather than personal, so timing is very important”

“We are first time customers and ordered 4 standing funeral wreaths. There were some glitches due to unavailability of some flowers and alternative options were not given immediately but was resolved after a few telephone discussions. Wreaths came out beautifully using alternative flowers and wrappers. We will not hesitate to order again.”

“Delivery and packaging was good. The flowers are beautiful preserved. But on the size, for the price of the preserved compared to lower prices, I thought it would be more wider or grander. Maybe if the flowers are expensive, insert more fillers, or make it with longer stems and longer and wider paper wrapper with double ribbon. The bouquet was also very tightly together. If the concern is it would not fit the paper bag, I would rather get rid of the paper bag and have a more grander bouquet.Would I order again? Yes, good app, good delivery, good product, with personalized card, just minor tweaks that I hope they can immediately improve on.”

“Service was prompt and reliable. Flowers were beautiful. The "happy birthday" topper was damaged (might have been the handling). This was my 3rd or 4th time to order. Will order again next time. Thanks.”

“Good overall process, however the delivery wasn't handled well. The bouquet was not in good condition upon delivered, the rider wasn't careful at all with the delivery.”

“I would have given 5 stars but I did go through some kinks when trying to add some items and when paying. I’m 59 years old and I have to admit I struggled a bit with the order processing. Maybe make it more user friendly or easier to navigate. Overall very good in terms of choices for gift packages. Very responsive customer service when I called after I finally got to put my order through and I called their mobiles number for confirmation of my order details.”
