“I ordered a flower bouquet through knots because of the beautiful flower selections and arrangements. Since my friend had to propose to his girlfriend, it had to be classy, feminine and timeless. We ordered the Pumping hearts bouquet which the soon-to-be-bride loved. Of course, she said "Yes" to the proposal! The staff, Karen, was also helpful in making sure the bouquet arrived at the right time prior to the dinner proposal. My only concern was when I received the bouquet, the flowers already started to wilt, it had brown sections all over and the smaller flowers were squished so their shape was not the best it can be, probably by the paper bag/box. Hope the flowers can be fresher and in better condition and shape in the next order. Might be better to place them in a bigger bag/box next time to avoid getting squished during delivery, or upgrade the mode of delivery. Willing to pay extra to ensure the flowers will be in the best condition upon receipt. Will order again for any other occasion. Thank you!”

Hi Yan, thank you for the feedback, we have investigated on what happened with your order and checked it was a 3rd party courier who delivered the flowers. As per our florist, they made sure that flowers were fresh the time they prepared the bouquet, maybe reason for it to have light brown edges was how the courier handled the bouquet, we will look into this so that it won't happen again. “I spent 15 min to fill up all info and still I could not order through website I texted to Instagram and person took my order through it. Payment and delivery was good. Will order next time but not through website.”

“Reliable and fast CS. But will not avail the urgent service again. They initially pinned wrong address that's why the courier got lost and took the delivery too long. The quality and aesthetics of the flower are superb.”

“Exceeded my expectations! ❤️ The flowers were so beautiful and even the whole package itself. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed was the time of delivery. I had to call twice for an update. But overall will add this flower shop for future reference!”

“Customer service is excellent as I have been accommodated with my requests with ease. In terms of product, maybe it will be better to provide a guide for the actual size of the mini bouquet since I didnt expect it to be smaller than I thought. However, the packaging and the design are exquisite. Thank you!”

“The shipping experience was good. Site was easy to navigate. The product was also fine. I got what was expected. The flowers are on display. Hopefully the rider will contact as in the instructions instead of leaving the product in lobbies/gates.”

“First time buyer of 2 products = Preserved Tao Vase: Daydreamer & 3 White Ecuadorian Roses: Love Bouquet. Fast response from the seller and smooth transaction! Package was sent after reconfirming with me about the purchases I made and arrived roughly an hour later! My partner loved both the Ecuadorian Roses & Tao Vase! Gorgeous & adorable! They also smelt nice! (She can’t stop smelling them... haha) I highly recommend this shop & their products! I’ll definitely be a returning customer :) -RDRxBGT”

“The bouquet is beautifully arranged and looks very stylish like in the photos. There's extra touches that make it seem even more special like the card & envelope, the care guide, and the chic paper bag it comes in. The flowers seem fresh although some have some brown tinge at the edges. But I'll still order from knots because of their lovely arrangements.”

Hi, thank you for the feedback :) yes flowers are fresh, roses are just to delicate that when it touches something , their petals will have this brown effect. Will take into consideration in making it more secure when it's going to be delivered so that this issue won't occur again in the future. Hi Todd, thank you for the feedback , as per checking with our production team, fresh Ecuadorian roses were used when they prepared the bouquet for your order. It would be great if we can see a photo of the flowers so we can also feedback to our supplier , as sometimes the outer part of the Hermosa pink roses tend to have a light brown effect from the bud. “I didn’t have a hard time finding a surprise gift days before our anniversary. It was also delivered on time even if it is coming from Makati to Quezon City. The gift was well-packaged and was handled with care by the courier.”
