Delivered flowers were good overall, but a bit different from what was described and looked like on the website. Some of the flower petals started to look dry upon delivery, and some of them were replaced with alternative ones due to their unavailability. In addition, it was delivered 25 minutes late compared to the expected delivery period, which is kind of disappointing. The store was also not that responsive in Viber. The bouquet I purchased is pricey, so I expected excellent service but was otherwise. Hope they improve soon.

I placed an order last week (Feb 8) and requested it to be delivered on Valentine's day. The name and date on their add-on are wrong. Fortunately, the message inside has the right name.

When ordering flowers for special occasions such as Valentine's Day, customers should anticipate possible delays on the part of the courier service. Their customer service is poor since they do not give updates if the order is not delivered during the expected time unless you message them first. I already expected that there'll be delay but to think that my order was received 2 hours (9pm) after the expected time (1pm to 7pm) is kinda sad and disappointing. On regular days, it seems that there's no delay on the delivery. I am hoping that orders are properly prioritized since I placed mine a week before the delivery day and I was expecting that this was properly accounted.

To be honest, Im so disappointed. Basa yung paperbag and yung letter. This is a gift for someone then mukhang di na lang namin ibibigay, ibang bagay na lang siguro.

Hello Sir, Thank you for your feedback, upon checking your order and with our Logistics team, it was scheduled to be delivered between 9am - 2pm. We saw also that you requested it to be delivered by 1130, but as per your conversation with our CS team, we cannot guarantee the delivery at the specified time as we also have other deliveries in the morning, but tried our best and got it delivered by 1145am. Ordered twice and both experiences were unfortunately not that great. First was a bouquet for my mom, which turned out a bit underwhelming in person. Second was a balloon bouquet for my 13 year old daughter, which ended up too small for my liking. A standard bottle of lotion was larger than the whole thing. The colors were messed up, so I had to call them on the day of delivery because our requests weren't followed, even though the chat rep assured me they would be. I also paid extra and had to follow-up with the owner herself to get my refund back (took them 5 days). Customer service guy was accommodating though, and had my requests corrected the same day, so I'm giving them credit for that.

The weather yesterday was a bit crazy, this may cause the flower to dry up during the delivery process. Delivery was on time, however half of the flowers were more of yellow/green rather than pink, and did not seem fresh. It’s really not stunning at all, so I was quite disappointed. Wrapping was the same as the picture.

Our CS team informed us regarding this, and upon checking our production team, the pink Ecuadorian roses they used for your order is the "Mondial" pink Ecuadorian rose and usually for this type of variant outer petal will have that greenish yellow color.
