Ordered twice and both experiences were unfortunately not that great.
First was a bouquet for my mom, which turned out a bit underwhelming in person. Second was a balloon bouquet for my 13 year old daughter, which ended up too small for my liking. A standard bottle of lotion was larger than the whole thing. The colors were messed up, so I had to call them on the day of delivery because our requests weren't followed, even though the chat rep assured me they would be. I also paid extra and had to follow-up with the owner herself to get my refund back (took them 5 days).
Customer service guy was accommodating though, and had my requests corrected the same day, so I'm giving them credit for that.
