“Please make sure before giving it to the courier the package is not damage and the driver must be reminded that it will be delivered safely and handle it properly.”

“My mom loved the flowers! However maybe due to the summer heat, the flowers are dying quickly even if we followed the procedure as listed on the package :( Nonetheless, my mom was so happy when she received the flowers! Thank you knots.ph!”

“The symphaty flowers i received is different from the photo online which lacks flowers in the bottom part of the arrangement but the customer service admits that the florist was mistaken due to this they will refund 1k overall the flowers are beautiful.”

“I love the flower arrangements and the price is reasonable. However I noticed that the ends of Ecuadorian rose petals was a bit withered. Could have been from the humid weather. Overall it was good and I will definitely order again.”

“The flower arrangement was beautiful and good presentation and the metal stick for the card is good. Also pleased that they write my message as requested. Constructive comment: 1) If possible not to mix paper flowers with real fresh flowers especially on an elegant large bouquet as it cheapens it. 2) For Mother’s Day it was fully booked delivery so I had no choice but to have the boquets delivered the day before. It would be a wise business strategy to add manpower and delivery service for such special occasion that way all orders can be delivered on the day of the occassion itself - in this case Mother’s Day”

Hi Christina, Thank you for your feedback. :) For the bouquet, we just want to inform that we didn't use any paper flowers, i think you saw the description as "paper roses" but it is called lisianthus, but here in Manila some people call it as paper roses. We all used fresh flowers in the bouquet you selected as we also don't have paper flowers ;(. We apologise if there was a confusion with the description, will ask the team to update the description in the website. Also, thank you for raising the matter of adding man power as yes we have enough manpower , but with the overwhelming support we received for Mother's day the manpower that was planned was still not enough. What happened this year will be an advantage for us to plan ahead and we are thankful for you our customers in leaving us valuable feedback to help us be better in our process. “I ordered a flower bouquet through knots because of the beautiful flower selections and arrangements. Since my friend had to propose to his girlfriend, it had to be classy, feminine and timeless. We ordered the Pumping hearts bouquet which the soon-to-be-bride loved. Of course, she said "Yes" to the proposal! The staff, Karen, was also helpful in making sure the bouquet arrived at the right time prior to the dinner proposal. My only concern was when I received the bouquet, the flowers already started to wilt, it had brown sections all over and the smaller flowers were squished so their shape was not the best it can be, probably by the paper bag/box. Hope the flowers can be fresher and in better condition and shape in the next order. Might be better to place them in a bigger bag/box next time to avoid getting squished during delivery, or upgrade the mode of delivery. Willing to pay extra to ensure the flowers will be in the best condition upon receipt. Will order again for any other occasion. Thank you!”

Hi Yan, thank you for the feedback, we have investigated on what happened with your order and checked it was a 3rd party courier who delivered the flowers. As per our florist, they made sure that flowers were fresh the time they prepared the bouquet, maybe reason for it to have light brown edges was how the courier handled the bouquet, we will look into this so that it won't happen again. “I spent 15 min to fill up all info and still I could not order through website I texted to Instagram and person took my order through it. Payment and delivery was good. Will order next time but not through website.”

“Reliable and fast CS. But will not avail the urgent service again. They initially pinned wrong address that's why the courier got lost and took the delivery too long. The quality and aesthetics of the flower are superb.”

“Exceeded my expectations! ❤️ The flowers were so beautiful and even the whole package itself. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed was the time of delivery. I had to call twice for an update. But overall will add this flower shop for future reference!”
