The product is beautiful. Service is okay. I just didn't quite understand why my email did not reach you or maybe the one handling the email did not see my email. Overall, it's good. This was my first time ordering because I am trying other flower stores that sell a good products, besides flowerstore and flowerchimp. Thank you.
