The bouquet was very pretty. My grandma was delighted. So I have no problem with the item itself. I just think that customer service can be improved. I requested for a photo pre-delivery (and even sent in a reminder a day prior). Despite their assurances, I did not get one before the flowers reached my grandma. Quite disappointed by that. *NOTE: They have offered a voucher to "make up" for it.
