“I really appreciate the constant updates of delivery, quality of the flowers, and the pictures you'd send of the bouquet before delivery. One thing I would like to see is the ability to put a paragraph break in your notes section. I noticed you can only write your message as one paragraph, but it would be nice to be able to put a line break and write on the following line. For example, if I had wanted to write a poem instead of a paragraph note, I need the feature of being able to write on the next line to be able to do that.”
