“I live in Ireland snd wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Makati for her birthday. I chose Knots.ph because of its location and the range of bouquets. I had regular contact from Knots on my order and delivery, particularly with some challenges they had in had in making the delivery. “Talking about customer experience as an international buyer ordering bouquet for my friend, I would give 5 stars with no hesitation. What I like most is the proactive progress update and especially the photo of the completely and beautifully decorated bouquet as what I expected based on the photo I see on website all the way until it‘s timely delivered. My friend sent me the photo after she got the bouquet and she’s really impressed. I also like the shop’s decorated card and ribbon and the bag. Overall, I would highly recommended and will come back in other occasion for my friends in the Philippines.”

“Knots never fails to my expectation in terms of the quality of products they offer and their excellent service as well. Though i recently asked for chat support regarding the area i want the flowers to be delivered. They replied but, didn't received any confirmation the following days which is kind of disappointing on my end. Hope this can be sorted out in my next transactions.”
