This was my first time using Knots.ph and I was very impressed and pleased! I live in the US and Knots.ph was a result I found when trying to find a flower delivery company to send to a friend in the Philippines. Their customer service is great, and the items looked very professional and beautiful. I ordered some flowers and two candy boxes, and I received pictures of everything that was sent (from multiple angles). I was very pleased about that, because most companies don't do that. I also received a tracking link, so I was able to see the exact moment my recipient received the surprise. I was pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be using this company again! Highly recommend!!
