to blame a squished and wilted looking boquet to the mishandling of the courier does is not an excuse because the courier was booked by your company and it has nothing to do with the end customer. therefore, knots.ph is accountable for the problem.
there are easy ways to mitigate these problems like placing items in a box or some sort of better packaging, having your own in-house courier or using an enclosed vechicle to do the delivery.
