I had a very good experience with the knots.ph customer service rep that assisted me. I am overseas and had a hard time finding a flower delivery service the last minute for my mom. I had placed an order even if it was set to deliver the next day. I just took my chances and messaged via FB messenger. She was so kind and helpful that she was able to recommend me something that can be delivered just before Mother’s day ends. Both my mom and I were very happy with the purchase!
