I had a smooth transaction when I ordered but got disappointed during delivery. I understand that it was Mother's Day which is why I scheduled my delivery in the morning. It was already 11am and I haven't gotten an update from them so I had to message them to ask about my order, turns out the flowers were still with them and still not on the way. I would understand that it's hard to book a driver but I would also really appreciate if they informed me earlier just so I know what to expect. I even offered to help book lalamove cause I feel like they weren't prioritizing my order despite the delay. When I ask about what time I can expect to receive the flowers, they would tell me that they couldn't give an ETA. Hope that this doesn't happen to other customers, a simple update can make a big difference in our overall experience.
