Knots.ph never fails me. Everything is seamless: ordering, paying. Their staff are always quick to respond to queries and requests, even on a Sunday. The items arrive on the promised date and time. I've never had to worry that on a very special day, I'd end up empty-handed and with nothing to give but a lame excuse.
