I used knots to deliver flowers and a nice treat to my cousin who was in the hospital. Knots was incredibly easy to navigate and use. Very user friendly! Customer service was also fantastic. I used whatsapp to get in touch with someone to confirm the delivery address and to also send me a photo of my order prior to it being delivered and they were so accommodating. I am from Canada and just wanted to ensure I was dealing with professionals. I am so glad I stumbled upon them during my search for "flower delivery in Manila."
