The items were in great condition when it arrived and the recipient was satisfied. Just two things: first, I requested for a photo of the items well before having them delivered, but I didn't get one. Last, whoever is managing your WhatsApp account wasn't that accommodating (for lack of a better word). No worries though, I understand it might be a busy time. Overall, the service is good.
