Excellent customer service! it was quite easy to navigate the website and choose from their offers. Payment options are very convenient. I loved that we can schedule the delivery, too. On delivery day they contacted me via Viber about my add-ons and I was pleasantly shookt and impressed about how they handled a minor snafu. They sent me photos before delivery. Overall the experience was very pleasant and exceeded expectations, and my loved one really loved the fresh flowers!
