As a first time customer, I am impressed with how efficient their set up is and how everything from purchasing, paying and delivery was a breeze. The staff I spoke to and interacted with were so polite, welcoming and warm. They even sent photos of what the product looks like before delivery! Amazing job! Thank you Knots team!
