Amazing customer service! My queries were answered in a timely manner, and they followed the instructions quite well. Everything about the hamper is exactly what I wanted, from the customization and add-ons down to the tiniest detail. The photos they sent me before dispatch are so beautiful that I want to look at them over and over again. I definitely recommend them and use them to send gifts to loved ones and special people.
