If I could give more than 5* I would! I live in London and wanted to send my mum flowers for Mother’s Day. The online ordering service was so easy to use. Unfortunately the day I sent the flowers my mum was away but Knots worked hard to communicate and send to a relative the same day - unparalleled service! The flowers turned up and my mum sent my pics, they looked stunning. She said they made her day, and it almost didn’t if Knots didn’t go above and beyond like they did.
