Absolutely horrible customer service! Will never ever be coming back here even if it’s the last flower shop in the world.
1.) I checked my order out to two addresses and it only got sent to one. So ako pa mamomroblema to fix YOUR mistake.
2.) I emailed clarifications and I never received a response
3.) Hannah told me that order confirmation was sent to my email and NOTHING was ever sent to check details
Awful awful awful!!! Negative stars if I could. It was a mistake to try out this florist — no one else has ever given me the same problems.
