Customer service is more than 5 stars. I was able to talk to someone through their facebook messenger. I talked to "sheng", and I had some requests. She helped through everything, from picking the flower to the whole process of setting up my order and request. I didn't have to do anything, i just talked to sheng through messenger. They also sent me an email with photos of the flower and add-on i requested. Very happy with my experience and I will definitely order again soon.
