Overall, knots.ph took care of my flower needs. The flower and cake I ordered from them arrived in excellent condition. The only thing I took note was the special delivery instruction I requested them. I mentioned that it be delivered before lunch time, it arrived around 12:30pm. I had to tell the recipient to wait a bit. But other than that, it was almost perfect.
