Everything was just perfect! From the ordering process, to the assistance, to the packaging, and finally the delivery. It felt like I underpaid for how beautifully they put the flowers and gift together. I ordered a gift box and one of the items was not available, but they let me know right away. When I requested to change the gift box, they were very generous in making the change and even added a little something extra for the inconvenience (though it didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all!). I really like their flower arrangements and the way they pack everything with care. Will definitely order again. Thank you! 🌷
