The attention to detail is impeccable - color of photo frame, balloon/topper placement, proposed flower substitution, etc. My inner control freak is impressed, and more importantly, so are my gift recipients. I've tried two other online flower shops (both claim to be #1), but have been left sorely disappointed on multiple occasions e.g., generic-looking arrangements, order gets cancelled because items out of stock (without phoning me), refund takes months (I had to threaten to file a DTI report), etc.
