I ordered my regular size but some of the items fitted and some didn't. Also the quality is poor, what did fit feels cheaply made.
I tried to get the next size but was told I couldn't exchange but I was given a credit note. But I can't use the credit note on sale items, therefore I can't use it as pretty much the whole website is on sale.
I'm not happy as now I have items i can't wear and credit I can't spend. Customer service has stopped replying to my emails.
