I've found the other underwear items to be ill fitting. Especially the bras.
Customer service are amazing! Though you can't return items they offered a gift voucher and also replaced wrong items that were sent (sent boxers instead of bra, these things happen)”

“Poor quality items, sizing all over the place, and poor customer service. Avoid!! I ordered 5 pairs of underwear, all size small. Two fit perfectly, two were way too small (comparing the waistbands showed they were just totally different sizes) and one item was never delivered at all. Knotty offered to let me re-order the faulty items, but the original designs were all out of stock, and I was expected to pay again for postage. I requested a refund for the faulty and missing items only and have been ignored - I am owed £27 for the two faulty and one missing item at present and Knotty are no longer replying to my emails.”
“I have finally recieved my item so I decided to re-do my review. I think the postal carriers in my area finally figured out the issue as I recieved my package yesterday (Friday 22nd Nov) after waiting more than the 10 working day timefeame told to me by the help team.
I will be ordering more things from Knotty in the future as I really appreciated the help from the team and I also appreciated the non descript packaging.”
“The items took quite a long time to arrive and the quality and sizing was very varied. Some of the knicker styles are just useless at they fall down all the time,they have no elasticity to hold them up. It's a shame as I was looking forward to my new pants.”

When I reached out to ask for a refund, I was informed that replacement items would be sent to me with no option of a refund. These were further items I did not wish to receive due to being so disappointed with the quality of the garments. After requesting a refund for a second time, my email went without a response. I have now raised a dispute with my bank.”

“I ordered my regular size but some of the items fitted and some didn't. Also the quality is poor, what did fit feels cheaply made.
I tried to get the next size but was told I couldn't exchange but I was given a credit note. But I can't use the credit note on sale items, therefore I can't use it as pretty much the whole website is on sale.
I'm not happy as now I have items i can't wear and credit I can't spend. Customer service has stopped replying to my emails.”
“I loved what I bought size guide is true to size however my underwear did come with a hole in I didn’t mind as I have the machines to re sew it at home but do keep that in mind as I did read a few reviews before buying of people having the same issue but over all super comfy bra was supportive and so cute!”
“I placed and ordered 14 pairs of underwear and was really excited to try them out. They took a little while to come but that wasn't an issue. They are all pretty but sadly do not fit despite me chosing the correct sizing, they are smaller then usual that size. Disppaointed.”
“Absolutely love my spooky boxers. So very comfortable. They wash up well too with no stretching or shrinkage. Definitely worth the money. I brought just one pair to try out but I will definitly be back for more. I would say the only thing is, it would be nice if a size label was on the shorts and it would be even nicer if you could create an account to keep up to date with orders. Apart from that, great!”
“I think for the price range they're good, but for thicker thighs be warned the boxer style pants roll up pretty quick. Ordered a few pairs, got sent a tracking number, then an email the day after that mine weren't in stock and offered a refund or design replacement which was actually good customer service. They then took another couple of weeks to arrive. Overall not the best first impression, which is a shame because I genuinely love the idea of the brand.”
