“I ordered from the buy 1 get 2 free and only got 1 when I queried I was told I had ordered wrong ? To receive my 2 free I would have to order again and purchase another - not acceptable then I was told well you’ll have to pay for postage - again why should I pay more when you didn’t honour agreement - nothing since very very poor service x”
“Knotty is a con. Yes, their pants ,(if any turn up), are very comfortable, but when they run an offer it is a trap! Beware! I paid for 6 pairs of pants in a 'special offer' but only received 2 and was told afterwards I needed to buy more pairs to qualify. There was no mention of this in the offer. On top of all that, they don't carry everything in the larger sizes, meaning our choice is very limited, and they might advertise matching tops but NONE are available in any size! Knotty is a SCAM!”
“Quality and fit are very poor, customer service has been appalling. Complete lack of communication and they don’t honour the money back guarantees. Overall, not a company or product I will ever recommend.”
“Poor quality items, sizing all over the place, and poor customer service. Avoid!! I ordered 5 pairs of underwear, all size small. Two fit perfectly, two were way too small (comparing the waistbands showed they were just totally different sizes) and one item was never delivered at all. Knotty offered to let me re-order the faulty items, but the original designs were all out of stock, and I was expected to pay again for postage. I requested a refund for the faulty and missing items only and have been ignored - I am owed £27 for the two faulty and one missing item at present and Knotty are no longer replying to my emails.”
“Unfortunately, the items I received were damaged. I was very disappointed with the overall quality of the material and the construction. When I reached out to ask for a refund, I was informed that replacement items would be sent to me with no option of a refund. These were further items I did not wish to receive due to being so disappointed with the quality of the garments. After requesting a refund for a second time, my email went without a response. I have now raised a dispute with my bank.”
“I ordered my regular size but some of the items fitted and some didn't. Also the quality is poor, what did fit feels cheaply made.
I tried to get the next size but was told I couldn't exchange but I was given a credit note. But I can't use the credit note on sale items, therefore I can't use it as pretty much the whole website is on sale.
I'm not happy as now I have items i can't wear and credit I can't spend. Customer service has stopped replying to my emails.”
“i ordered everything all in the same size and NONE of it was the same size at all the sizes were all over the place and when i contacted them about this was just told i can reorder again in a different size and was completely ignored about the sizing inconsistency, i basically wasted £30+ so please avoid and learn from my mistake of ordering.”
“Bra did not fit in the cups at all - cup size was far too small for me. It was very thin material, zero support and I found the band really wide and loose. I requested to return for a refund. I was told they would not offer me a refund but sent me a code for an exchange. I explained that ordering the next size up would not resolve the issue as the band in the size I'd tried was loose but the cups were too small. They have not responded to any of my emails, completely ignored me. They do not make it clear across their website that they will refuse returns for any reason. I have opened a PayPal dispute that they also have not answered. AVOID this company unless you want thin, poor fitting bras that you have to keep even if they don't fit .”
“Not very good quality at all. The packaging was not what I expected, all put in separate plastic bags like when you receive items from China. It was my first order and I cancelled my subscription straight away.

“I've tried to get a part refund for the drastically overpriced polyester underwear....I was offered an amount which wouldn't even cover 1 x pants, let alone the 3/6 I'd purchased. RIP OFF!!”
“I loved these boxer shorts at first.
But then I found the legs were too baggy so they did not sit right under my trousers.
Then on the 4th wear I felt a strange sensation and they ripped all along the back.
