I have finally recieved my item so I decided to re-do my review. I think the postal carriers in my area finally figured out the issue as I recieved my package yesterday (Friday 22nd Nov) after waiting more than the 10 working day timefeame told to me by the help team.
I will be ordering more things from Knotty in the future as I really appreciated the help from the team and I also appreciated the non descript packaging.
