3 stars because the products are very comfy. The size charts are not accurate. My items are much too large. Customer service said no returns which led to a credit that only worked on full price items which led to me actually having to say how unfair that was as I ordered sale items. They did send items to replace the original order after multiple emails. The shady credit and intentionally sassy email responses from their staff have me never ordering from them again.
