I ordered underwear because of the cute patterns. I love boyshort underwear and the website says they offer exchanges. However, the underwear was too big and riding up on the sides. I emailed customer service and was told that they DO NOT accept returns due to the nature of the product (underwear).
THIS COMPANY LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! I would have never purchased knowing that it would be a final sale item. BUYER BEWARE.
p.s. their boyshort style underwear is cut weird and rides up on the sides.
