I placed an order a month ago and there apparently was an issue with my information. I provided a photo ID and was told me order was processed and good to be shipped in 1-3 days and delivered 4-8 days.
Now when I check my order it’s like it doesn’t exist and I have yet to receive any additional information on my order. It’s been a week since then. Still waiting to hear back.
