I was hesitant to order as I have another company i like just fine. When I read you had a 14 day size promise I thought what would it hurt and I might really like your products. My 1st order was a huge disappointment. One of the Bras I received had a broken strap and I had picked too large of an underwear size. More disappointing that your size promises apparently only extend to an apology email about how you sorry for the inconvenience but do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits despite what your online ads say. Obviously since I have 1 item out of the 5 I ordered that is usable I am very disappointed and disgusted that I wasted my money with your company
