Part of my order wasn't available after getting a shipping notification. It took 10 days after choosing a replacement for my order to be shipped. I had to choose an item from the clearance section because what I originally chose was on sale and wasn't anymore. No sort of compensation was offered like faster shipping, partial refund or a discount code for a future order. This was my first time ordering and I still haven't received my order (been 3 weeks). I was hoping to have a great experience so I could see if a subscription would be worth it.
