I'm actually really upset because customer service doesn't listen or help. I ordered on 12/27 and nothing has arrived yet. I received an email almost 10 days later that an item was missing from my order and did I want to do. I said either ship the alternative overnight since I still hadn't received my order or refund it.
They chose to send it the slowest way possible because NOTHING is here yet. No one is listening and I am off to dispute the charge with Amex. I've ordered before from here - no issues, but this is just ridiculous.
