I have yet to receive my order, almost a month since placing it. The shipping says it’s still sitting in preshipment. I contacted the company to ask what was going on with my order, and got zero response. Posted a comment on one of their Facebook posts and not a peep. I’ll start contacting them daily at this point, just to try and get someone to answer me.
