A couple weeks ago I was trying to add a new sub (for my daughter) to my account. I couldn’t so I reached out to support. I was basically told “sorry, can’t help you”. I was mad, but whatever. So I went into my account to change my own sub for her size, and found that I could add a sub! Man, it sure would have been nice to have been told to at least try again later, instead of “too bad”.
