“I’m a size small in every other underwear brand I’ve purchased. Not a single pair of the SIX pairs that I bought fit me. All way too small. And the quality is TRASH, every pair has loose threads. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else so you don’t waste your money like I did. Already removed the tags and the ones I bought were from the “warehouse sale” so they won’t refund me. If I could leave zero stars I would.”

“These are awful underwear. Three of six pairs I've bough have unraveled within weeks. It seems to be the black threads that unravel and leave huge holes. The fabric is great but the stitching renders the underwear useless. My solution from Knotty was 30% off next order. There will not be a next order.”
“Very comfortable! I would suggest that if you are usually between two sizes, that you pick the smaller size. I usually wear medium but the knotty medium seem to fit a bit large, so probably would pick small on my next order.”

“Both orders have required me to contact customer service about the shipment. On the second package, the order status continues to show "unfulfilled." Each time I ask for assistance, the only response I get is "wait longer." I waited longer and still nothing, so I emailed them back and got another "wait longer."
This company has poor policies and poor service. The product quality is not worth the hassle you will go through. Save your money.”
