It was "held up in customs". I've ordered parts for work consisting of electronics and PLC components, lathe mechanical and hydraulic parts INCLUDING ENTIRE COMPLETE ENGINES that have cleared customs quicker than UNDERWEAR.”
“I ordered 36 pairs and only received 24, 11 being duplicates. I have been trying to resolve this with the company prior to leaving a review, but they do not reply to their emails or support forms. Avoid them at all costs because if you have an order issue, you’re out of luck.”

“I was a loyal Knotty Knickers subscriber for several years, but unfortunately I’ve had to cancel due to ongoing issues.
The biggest problem is the number of duplicate items. At first it was occasional, but it’s now happening so frequently that I’m paying for items I already own. I tried to overlook it by donating extras, but it’s no longer financially reasonable.
I’ve also received items that don’t match my preferences — most recently boyshorts, which I don’t wear and shouldn’t have been included in my subscription.
Sizing has become a major issue as well. I wear an XL, but several recent items were clearly not true to size and fit closer to a medium. There seems to have been a change in manufacturing or sourcing, but no communication about it.
On top of that, the overall quality has noticeably declined over the past year.
I have reached out to customer service more than once, and the responses have been generic apologies with no real accountability or effort to resolve the issues — no solutions, no adjustments, and no form of compensation despite the ongoing problems.
At this point, it honestly feels like the company may be struggling with inventory and is sending whatever is available rather than curating orders properly.
This is disappointing because I really liked the concept and had been a long-time customer, but the service no longer delivers enough value to justify the cost.”

“I was very excited to get the 24 pack. When they arrived, many had strings and pulls in the lace and the sizing was inconsistent.
The colours must have been the leftovers. Some of them were really strange choices. I'm surprised that these are apparently their most popular styles.
The sizes although all were the labelled the same, they were not. Some are too big and others are too tight. There are only a few that actually fit properly. One pair went up to my breasts, and another were from Christmas. Clearly leftovers, not their most popular styles like they advertised. Spend the extra money and order something you actually like.”

“I used to have a subscription with them but cancelled due to getting duplicates, some of the thread was already coming loose once packaging was opened, one package was opened and the underwear was crumpled in it. “The bralettes are soft and sized well. Very soft material. However, the order was severely delayed and only the bralettes were acceptable. Once the order finally arrived one of the items didn’t fit at all (despite being the same size as the other items in the order) and one arrived ripped. When contacted about the issue, the company issued a code for store credit on the damaged item. This means that I would have to pay almost the value of the item in shipping in order to get it one that is not ripped. I would recommend going elsewhere.”
“I bought 3 mystery packs and kept a total of 3 pairs. Most leave pantry lines or are oddly designed that will show under most clothing. Surprised that there is such a wide size discrepancy between each pair. Off the sizing chart. I should have been a large. In actuality. I probably would need an extra large to fit into most of these.”

“I have been extremely disappointed. I knew $1.25 a pair did not mean high quality but I dis not expect them to fall apart om day 1 and day 3. I have worn three pairs. First pair stitching came undone. Second pair ok. Third pair the crotch panel is half way falling out because the seam opened and the material fell out. Also, the majority of the lace ones are way too scratchy to wear. I will never order these again. Won't let me add a picture.”
“Ordered a best sellers mystery 24 pack... took forever to receive them and you would think with buying 24 pairs they would be cute but they were mostly ugly. Quality was very mixed... Some were ok. And some were very cheap material and not sewn together all the way. Would not purchase again.”
“If I could give fewer stars, I would. Avoid spending your money with Knotty. Misleading advertisement, poorly made product and they will NOT accept returns despite their return policy published on their website. Also, whatever fabric they use is even worse than polyester, if that's even possible.”
