“My order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks, when I contacted customer support to just send it back they told me they don’t accept returns…. Their website sure says they accept returns! Why did I pay $10 shipping on something I’ve been waiting 3 weeks on? Save your money and don’t make the mistake I did.”
“I am sadly disappointed in my first and only time shopping this site. The undies were fine, but sizing is a bit bigger than I'm used to. Unfortunately they did not send me my whole order. In fact, they didn't even send half of my order. I did not receive the 3 piece brief set, nor the Fire Sign crop top or shorts...those were significantly more expensive than the single dollar panties. The 10 piece mystery pack was only a 5 piece. I reached out to customer support and they said to take a picture of what I did receive. I sent the picture, which for my 83 dollar order, was only 11 pairs of underwear. For some reason they could not see the picture as an attachment in email, so I resent it several times, reformatted the picture, and since they said I don't have proof that I did not receive my missing items and that the shipping company had shown a picture of my package as delivered they would not be able to do anything. 83 dollars. For 11 pairs of baggy underwear. Buyer be warned! 🚩”

I ordered a few of the prettiest, cutest, sexiest things I could find on their shop and they are better quality than Victoria's secret! they fit so well, they are size inclusive and have XS that is actually XS!! the panties are so comfortable and fit in every way! they don't slip down and they are not too delicate, no wardrobe malfunctions here!”
“These are awful underwear. Three of six pairs I've bough have unraveled within weeks. It seems to be the black threads that unravel and leave huge holes. The fabric is great but the stitching renders the underwear useless. My solution from Knotty was 30% off next order. There will not be a next order.”
“Very comfortable! I would suggest that if you are usually between two sizes, that you pick the smaller size. I usually wear medium but the knotty medium seem to fit a bit large, so probably would pick small on my next order.”
“I have changed my address on my account twice, and deleted my old address information, and my orders still keep being sent to to my old address. I'm not receiving my orders, so I'm going to delete my account.”
“Both orders have required me to contact customer service about the shipment. On the second package, the order status continues to show "unfulfilled." Each time I ask for assistance, the only response I get is "wait longer." I waited longer and still nothing, so I emailed them back and got another "wait longer."
This company has poor policies and poor service. The product quality is not worth the hassle you will go through. Save your money.”
