“I specifically ordered 3 of the “Mystery Butter-Soft Thongs 12-Pack.” I only received 24 items in my package- when I should have received 36. And none of the items were ANY of the soft thongs-in fact I didn’t even get a single pair of what I ordered. I had contacted support about this order and not having updated shipping as well- and the shipping partner told me the merchant hadn’t even handed it off. I got no reply. I’m severely disappointed but very thankful my bank reversed the charge as Knotty did not fulfill my order as purchased and left items off anyway. I do NOT recommend this brand!!”
“You used to be decent, got some really good pairs years ago so i didnt care about the ones that werent good. But now it's ridiculous!!! My man ordered 3 of the pink leopard print seamless and it took about 3 weeks to get the goods even though he paid for express shipping, only to have me open the package to see 2 blue lace pair. So it's not the right quantity, color, material, anything. They only right thing they got was his payment info unfortunately!!!”

“Customer service is non existent. Did not get my full order and they refuse to fix or refund it. The quality is very bad and if you order multiple sets they come in one envelope in little plastic bags so when you're missing something you don't even know what is missing. Their entire brand is supposed to be about being good quality and running sales for cheap. It is not even worth the dollar a pair you are paying. You will not get a refund for missing part of your order, you will not get a response when asking. 3/4 of my emails didn't even get the "automated" response.”
“I ordered the “Butter Soft” pack from Knotty Knickers expecting soft, seamless-style underwear similar to the product photos and description. Instead, I received an entire pack of lace underwear, which looked completely different from what was advertised.
When I contacted customer service, they dismissed my concerns and essentially argued that the order was still “correct,” despite the product clearly not matching the expectations created by their marketing photos. They also refused to send the items that were actually shown/advertised.
Very frustrating experience. In my opinion, the advertising was misleading, and customer service was unhelpful when trying to resolve the issue. I would recommend others look carefully at reviews before ordering.”
“As many people have said, the shipping dates are not correct. Took multiple attempts via email to get any information.
Almost a month has gone bye. Then everything we received is doubled panties and bralettes. They aren’t even as cute as the advertisements. Spiders on two sets of bralettes and my wife and I hate spiders. So I can’t say I will be ordering anything from here again. My best wishes for you and your company but it’s not a good business model.”

THEN you email them multiple times saying this is BS and you want to cancel your order and they respond ONE time saying to be patient and they're "working on it... a month later and still no order! They emailed back and said they had so many orders they were backed up. So I asked for a refund on the shipping only and no response on Facebook or email for days. “Im pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered on April 13th. Today is April 30th. I’ve received nothing. I contacted support through the email given in the website and never received help. Until I commented on their instagram page. They deleted my comment but reached out and claimed the support email were probably going to my spam/junk. I assured them that wouldn’t be possible to because I’ve emailed them before. Gmail wouldn’t consider it junk. They then sent shipping info a day later. To this moment , a shipping label was made but nothing has shipped. They said Support would reach out. I think we all know now they won’t.”

It was "held up in customs". I've ordered parts for work consisting of electronics and PLC components, lathe mechanical and hydraulic parts INCLUDING ENTIRE COMPLETE ENGINES that have cleared customs quicker than UNDERWEAR.”

“I was a loyal Knotty Knickers subscriber for several years, but unfortunately I’ve had to cancel due to ongoing issues.
The biggest problem is the number of duplicate items. At first it was occasional, but it’s now happening so frequently that I’m paying for items I already own. I tried to overlook it by donating extras, but it’s no longer financially reasonable.
I’ve also received items that don’t match my preferences — most recently boyshorts, which I don’t wear and shouldn’t have been included in my subscription.
Sizing has become a major issue as well. I wear an XL, but several recent items were clearly not true to size and fit closer to a medium. There seems to have been a change in manufacturing or sourcing, but no communication about it.
On top of that, the overall quality has noticeably declined over the past year.
I have reached out to customer service more than once, and the responses have been generic apologies with no real accountability or effort to resolve the issues — no solutions, no adjustments, and no form of compensation despite the ongoing problems.
At this point, it honestly feels like the company may be struggling with inventory and is sending whatever is available rather than curating orders properly.
This is disappointing because I really liked the concept and had been a long-time customer, but the service no longer delivers enough value to justify the cost.”

“The bralettes are soft and sized well. Very soft material. However, the order was severely delayed and only the bralettes were acceptable. Once the order finally arrived one of the items didn’t fit at all (despite being the same size as the other items in the order) and one arrived ripped. When contacted about the issue, the company issued a code for store credit on the damaged item. This means that I would have to pay almost the value of the item in shipping in order to get it one that is not ripped. I would recommend going elsewhere.”
“If I could give fewer stars, I would. Avoid spending your money with Knotty. Misleading advertisement, poorly made product and they will NOT accept returns despite their return policy published on their website. Also, whatever fabric they use is even worse than polyester, if that's even possible.”
