I ordered AiraModal panties and received a pair with holes in the gusset/bum seam. Unfortunately didn’t see this within 5 days of receiving the order, so the best Customer Service could do was offer a modest discount for a future purchase.
I just don’t think that I would bother ordering these cheap products again. The disappointment is real.”

This is because I never got a confirmation with tracking info and I am presently out of province and therefore wouldn't receive the shipment in time. “The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order,was charged and even received a confirmation and shipping tracking number. This order was a gift. Almost two weeks later I still have nothing. I email and am told one of the items was sold out so nothing was shipped!! No one even emailed me to let me know any of this. Since I was charged and got a tracking number ,I never expected the order to still be in the warehouse . Finally someone gets back to me and they refuse to answer any of my questions and simply ask if I want a refund for the one sold out item. Meanwhile ,my girlfriend's birthday is the following day and her gift is non existent at this point and it's way too late for me to go out and replace with something else. Can someone please answer me how I could be charged and given a tracking number then my order never be shipped and no one even has the common sense to email me and fix it? The only fixing that was offered was a refund for the one out of stock item after all this mess???”

“Shipment never arrived within projected timeframe. I followed up via email several times and only got response from using the online form not from replying to their response. Shipping has no details and has not been picked up by courier 10 days after it “shipped”. All responses are boilerplate and contain no useful information other than confirming it should have shipped in 8 days after processing finished. Do not recommend if you are hoping to get your items inside a month.”

“Scam company - don't loose your money. They items take over 2 weeks to arrive and are poor quality. They also don't match their size guides; my item was enormous and a good 2 or 3 sizes larger than what I bought. They eventually offered store credit, which I refused and want a full refund, but they are now ignoring me.”

“Products very thin and poorly constructed. Varying sizes even though I got all 2xl. The bras were essentially just a thin sheet of fabric with some elastic for the seams. I guess you get what you paid for, but I thought because the brand seems so inclusive and has such a social media presence that they'd be at least mid quality. In reality, they were very thin temu/shein fast fashion.
The lacy panties were the only ones that were kinda cute and fit nice. I think that's because if they'd have used any thinner of lace that the underwear would fall apart when being constructed.
I asked for a return of the 3 sets I got that were all the wrong size and super flimsy material. Knotty replied with a credit for a future purchase and when I insisted I wanted to send back the items for a refund they just stopped responding to my emails.”
