“I love most of the underwear I receive but at least one pair every month has a very tight band that makes me pucker out over it. I wish there was a way to customize those types of underwear. I’m a size 8, and have some fat on my hips and belly those underwear create huge panty lines. I’m thinking about cancelling my membership due to continuing to receive these in my thong package. :(”
“generally speaking i’ve had a great experience with knotty knickers but lately i feel like the quality of the underwear has declined a little bit. sloppy edges and underwear that just doesn’t last as long as older pairs i’ve gotten. i also recently had a trouble with payment that seemed to be them declining payment which resulted in three extra charges to my bank account that i had to wait about a week to get refunded (the refund part was on paypal but i don’t know why knotty seemed to be declining the payment on my subscription). i emailed customer service about the issue and never got a response. again in the past customer service and products have been great especially for the price but lately it seems to have had a slight decline in quality…”
