I won’t be coming back. Which is too bad, I was excited and love the product. “Shop” over-rode my address with a default, when it forced me to order through that site… I didn’t notice it was a friends’ old address. I asked to have the address changed. Was told, although I sent it within 10 mins of the order time, that it had shipped and they would try to get it returned by the courier. I got this shipping notification 2 days later, so it hadn’t been picked up yet. I also called the courier and the courier never received a request to return the package. So I’m out money for extremely poor customer service. I understand it was my error but I also understand no one cared to assist the customer.
