Last month I was charged for an order I didn't make, the quality has really taken a nosedive and there are obvious mistakes on all the products I've gotten. If it was buying an extremely low price due to ptlrobsbke errors then maybe. Sadly customer service quality is still sorely lacking and paying clients deserve far better
