generally speaking i’ve had a great experience with knotty knickers but lately i feel like the quality of the underwear has declined a little bit. sloppy edges and underwear that just doesn’t last as long as older pairs i’ve gotten. i also recently had a trouble with payment that seemed to be them declining payment which resulted in three extra charges to my bank account that i had to wait about a week to get refunded (the refund part was on paypal but i don’t know why knotty seemed to be declining the payment on my subscription). i emailed customer service about the issue and never got a response. again in the past customer service and products have been great especially for the price but lately it seems to have had a slight decline in quality…
